Ahnlab to raise $55 mil. via stock sale

Ahnlab on Monday announced that it will sell new shares to raise 74.4 billion won ($55 million). The proceeds from the stock offering will be used primarily to finance its operations.
According to a regulatory filing, the company will issue some 1.11 million common shares at a price of 66,890 won per share. The stock will be sold to the investors that the company has designated. (Yonhap)
