MetLife Korea has shown a strong focus on customer care with 360Future, a comprehensive retirement solution that the insurer launched on Sept. 4.

"The name of the solution, 360Future, means 360-degree seamless preparation for the future of our customers and their families," a MetLife Korea spokesperson said. "The solution is optimized for retirement preparation by covering asset management, health management and life care."

According to the insurer, 360Future offers more than 30 services that enhance quality of life while providing health care support. Unique support includes AI-enabled pet health care, including AI For Pet, which can create a health report from smartphone photos of a pet's eyes, skin and joints.

All MetLife Korea customers have convenient access to 360Future through the customer service app MetLife One. In addition, MetLife policyholders who meet eligibility criteria can access premium service benefits including disease prevention care, free caregiver service and one-on-one personal rehabilitation training.

The insurer stressed that 360Future includes a wide range of support services for elderly parents. MetLife has entered into partnerships with six companies to offer personalized services that cater to generational lifestyles.

These include Rabbit and Toad which offers a personal assistant that helps senior citizens with shopping, lowest price searches, purchase recommendations, train ticket reservations and restaurant searches; while For Parents arranges a certified travel specialist to plan travel schedules tailored to the health conditions and tastes of elderly customers, accompanying them during their travels and sharing their travel schedules with their families.

“MetLife aspires to help our customers enjoy a more confident and prosperous life in retirement through 360Future," the spokesperson said.
