'Baby box is last resort to parents, newborns in Korea '
Lee Jong-rak, the pastor of Jusarang Community Church, started baby box in 2009 and has been running it for over 10 years so that parents who cannot afford to raise a child can put babies in a safe place as a last resort. But the baby box system has been controversial for years.

Schools, kindergartens to close when fine dust level spikes
Educational institutions may close temporarily when the fine dust level is high, following a revision of a relevant law. The Ministry of Environment announced recently that a revised enforcement ordinance of the special law on fine dust reduction was passed at a Cabinet Meeting and would take effect on Feb. 15.
