 EUCCK Deputy Secretary General |
European Union Chamber of Commerce in Korea (EUCCK) Deputy Secretary General Jee Dong-hoon received the ``Commendation of Prime Minister’’ at the Korea Investment Awards, Wednesday. Jee was given the award in recognition of his contributions to helping attract foreign investment, on the occasion of Foreign Company Day 2010.
Jee has been working in the EUCCK for 16 years, closely cooperating with the Korean government to develop trade relations between Korea and Europe.
He played an integral role in helping Danone Korea invest in Muju, North Jeolla Province, by providing important information related to the investment environment. Jee also assisted Berna Biotech Korea to find the best site for its new manufacturing plant in Songdo.
The EUCCK is a representative body of 850 members from the EU as well as domestic and other overseas business communities.
