LG CNS joined hands with Adobe to innovate their consumers' digital experience combining its digital transformation capability with the U.S.-based multimedia software company's innovative digital solutions, the LG Group affiliate said Thursday.
The company said the two agreed to cooperate on providing personalized experiences to consumers in the finance, logistics, manufacturing and distribution sectors through digital channels including shopping platforms, social media and websites and to help their clients conduct automate marketing. They plan to work together to apply and build solutions optimized for customers.
"LG CNS will cooperate with Adobe through three solutions of Adobe ― Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Adobe Commerce," LG CNS said, adding that it is the first Korean company to jointly promote business using Adobe's software.
The Adobe Experience Manager Sites software analyzes consumers' digital channel approaches and helps them create customized channels. Clients using the program can quickly reflect their consumers' needs and distribute updates for dozens of their digital channels around the world.
The Adobe Experience Manager Assets software manages digital assets through cloud computing. Using this service, users can quickly find necessary images and videos and apply them on their channels. Adobe Commerce analyzes data such as purchase patterns and provides visualized results to users. The service also helps users manage their inventory and product orders in real time.
"Based on Adobe's best solutions, the two companies will continue to seek better cooperation measures that can innovate customers' experience," Hyun Shin-gyoon, CEO of LG CNS, said.
