LG CNS has launched a crowd research community platform called Quinoa, the company said Wednesday.
Anyone can easily create, check and share surveys on mobile devices with Quinoa and the information is accessible to all customers, from those who want to get people's opinions on general daily questions to corporate managers who want to find new business insights.
The company said it significantly expanded user convenience for Quinoa compared to existing research platforms. It combines the original function of research with a two-way communication system that lets anybody to conduct surveys without a charge.
"LG CNS will continue to innovate customer experience through various B2X services that help customers based on its strengths in digital service planning, data combination and analysis," Yun Mi-jeong, head of B2X Service at LG CNS, said.
Users can also secure additional insights by analyzing the surveyed data open to public.
Other research platforms only opened their information to those who conducted or participated in the study. However, all the surveys run with Quinoa are available to any user. People who wish to keep their data private can adjust settings to conceal their information.
LG CNS plans to introduce a "group panel" function on Quinoa later that can only be joined under certain conditions, such as participants' occupations, fields of study or hobbies. The company expects people with similar interests to exchange constructive opinions with this function.
