Pets join the 486th Turtle Marathon as running buddies
The 486th Turtle Marathon hosted by the Hankook Ilbo, the sister paper of The Korea Times, was held on Oct. 26. on Namsan Mt. in Seoul. This time, some 500 companion dogs, including shelter dogs, joined the walkathon. Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon attended the event to launch an advocacy campaign for animal rights.
