The French tire company Michelin Group announced Thursday 32 starred restaurants including two three-star restaurants in the fifth edition of “The Michelin Guide Seoul” for 2021, released on Thursday. It also introduced the Michelin Green Star, a new rating category to designate eco-friendly restaurants.
