Pak Bo-hi, the “No. 2 man” of the Unification Church, died from chronic disease at 89 on Saturday. Born in 1930, Pak fought in the Korean War in 1950. He rose as the right-hand man of Unification Church founder, Moon Sun-myung in the 1970s, helping Moon with English translation when the church was spreading its influence abroad.
