Colombian striker Jackson Martinez has been linked to the K-League's Ulsan Tigers.

According to The Associated Press (AP) Thursday, Martinez has been offered $2.5 million (3 billion won) from the Korean side and the 23-year-old is said to be considering a move to the Far East. He has two days to decide due to a deadline set by Jorge Osorio Ciro, president of his current team, Independiente Medellin.

Martinez scored a career-high 18 goals in 23 matches this season and was named the 2009 player of the year in Colombia. He has 35 goals in 122 appearances since he began his pro career with Medellin in 2004.

The Colombian international also netted four goals in four qualifiers for the South Africa World Cup.

Along with Ulsan, Martinez has been reportedly linked to England's Wigan Athletic, Argentina's River Plate and Scottish club Rangers.

The Tigers, who allowed the second-fewest goals last season, are looking for an offensive boost after scoring just 32 goals (10th in the league) in 2009 and missing the playoffs after finishing eighth overall.
