Rapper Kim Jin-pyo flips car three times

Singer and car racer Kim Jin-pyo flipped and wrecked his car during a race on Sunday.

The crash happened during a Super 6000 Class race at the CJ Hello Mobile Super Race Championship at Korea International Circuit in Yeongam, South Jeolla Province.

A video recording shows the rapper, 40, losing control while cornering right at high speed. The vehicle flips three times and crashes into a safety fence.

Kim suffered only minor injuries, but was trapped for about 10minutes.

Two days ago, Kim posted a photo of himself next to the car.

Kim made his rap debut as part of the duo Panic in 1995. He has been racing cars since 2010. In 2011 he became MC for TV auto show “Top Gear Korea.”
