The learning environment at universities has changed a lot since the arrival of generative artificial intelligence (AI) models such as ChatGPT.
챗GPT와 같은 생성형 인공지능 모델의 도래 이후로 대학의 학습 환경은 크게 바뀌었다.
Many university students said ChatGPT has been a useful tool for studying
complex
concepts, which the technology explains easily and clearly in most cases.
대학생 다수는 대부분의 경우 기술을 쉽고 분명하게 설명하는 챗GPT는 복잡한 개념을 공부하는데 유용한 도구라고 말한다.
“I often ask ChatGPT to explain principles related to my university major,” said a 23-year-old senior who is studying chemical engineering at one of the top universities in Seoul. “Then, AI creates keywords and offers
concise
explanations.”
서울 한 명문대학에서 화학공학을 전공하는 23세 4학년 학생은 “가끔 챗GPT에 전공과 관련된 이론을 설명해달라고 요청한다”며 “그러면 AI는 키워드를 생산하고 가끔은 간결한 설명을 제공한다”고 덧붙였다.
She said she has asked ChatGPT for help not only when studying difficult concepts but also when requiring various other types of information such as the weather of a particular country to which she was planning to travel and how to
approach
a man she liked.
그녀는 챗GPT를 어려운 개념을 공부할 때뿐만 아니라 여행을 계획하는 국가의 날씨나 좋아하는 남자에게 다가가는 법과 같은 다른 종류의 정보를 얻을 때도 활용하고 있다.

대학교들 역시 최근 기술적 발전에 적응하기 위해 발 빠르게 움직이고 있다.
Seoul National University became one of the first domestic universities to offer a class related to ChatGPT, with a class named, “What questions to ask to ChatGPT and how,” which opened in its College of Humanities during this year's spring semester.
서울대학교는 챗GPT 와 관련된 수업을 제공하는 국내대학 중 하나로, 올해 1학기 인문대학에는 “챗GPT에 무엇을 어떻게 질문할 것인가”라는 수업이 개설됐다.
