A teenage boy was arrested after attempting to damage a police car and threatening police in a drunken rage.
The 13-year-old boy was arrested after kicking the front door of the police station and climbing up a police vehicle. He reportedly threatened officers with a 2-meter-length stick after climbing and jumping on top of a police vehicle at around 2 am on Monday.
Netizens expressed outrage over the video saying, "he knew how korean laws are ridiculous," with some pointing out punishment against minors should be strengthened.
