[클라라's IH&AL 만점 답안]

Q1 답안: My favorite room in my home is my living room. First of all, it has a large TV, so it's great for relaxing and watching a movie. Also, there is a couch in front of the TV, and it's really comfortable. I like to rest on that couch and sometimes fall asleep there in the afternoon. There is also a large window in the room that connects to a balcony. On a warm, sunny day, I like to open the curtains all the way and open the door to let in a nice breeze.

해석: 제가 저희 집에서 가장 좋아하는 방은 거실입니다. 먼저, 거실에는 큰 TV가 있어서 편하게 쉬며 영화를 보기에 아주 좋습니다. 또한, TV 앞에는 소파가 있는데 정말 편하죠. 저는 그 소파에서 쉬는 걸 좋아하고 가끔씩 오후에 거기서 잠들기도 합니다. 또 거실에는 커다란 창문이 있는데 발코니와 연결이 되어 있죠. 따뜻하고 화창한 날에는 커튼을 완전히 젖혀 놓고 기분 좋은 산들바람이 들어오도록 문을 열어 놓는 걸 좋아합니다.

Q2 답안: My kitchen isn't that large, and it's fairly similar to a lot of kitchens. There is a table with four chairs. This is where my family and I eat. We have a refrigerator, oven, stove top, and microwave as well. We also have a coffee maker on the counter for making fresh coffee in the morning. My dad recently bought a juice blender because he likes fresh juice. That's next to the coffee machine. All of our food is kept either in the refrigerator or in cupboards above the counter.

해석: 저희 집 부엌은 그렇게 크지 않고 다른 집에 있는 부엌과 상당히 비슷합니다. 4개의 의자가 있는 식탁이 하나 있죠. 여기서 가족들과 제가 식사를 합니다. 저희는 냉장고, 오븐, 스토브 그리고 전자레인지가 있습니다. 또 아침에 신선한 커피를 만들기 위해 조리대 위에 커피 메이커도 있죠. 저희 아버지는 신선한 주스를 좋아하셔서 최근에 주스 믹서기를 구입하셨습니다. 그건 커피 머신 바로 옆에 있죠. 모든 음식은 냉장고나 조리대 위에 있는 찬장에 보관됩니다.

Q3 답안: My apartment building is near a popular stream, and I can see that stream from my window. There aren't a lot of buildings in this area, so I can see a long stretch of the stream. I can also see many people walking along it, or mothers pushing their children in strollers. There are a couple of bridges, and I can see many cars driving across. There are never too many cars, so it always looks calm and quiet.

해석: 저희 아파트 건물은 유명한 개울 근처에 있고, 제 창문에서 그 개울을 볼 수 있습니다. 이 지역에는 건물이 많지 않기 때문에 길게 뻗어 있는 개울을 볼 수 있죠. 또한 많은 사람들이 그 개울을 따라 걷는 모습이나 엄마들이 유모차에 아기를 태우고 가는 것을 볼 수 있습니다. 그 개울에는 두서너 개의 다리도 있는데, 다리를 건너는 많은 차들도 볼 수 있습니다. 차가 그렇게 많지는 않아서 항상 고요하고 조용합니다.
