답안: "I agree that employees should be able to choose what hours they work for several reasons. First of all, different people are most productive at different hours of the day. To be more specific, some people work better at night while others work better in the morning. Secondly, some people have busy personal schedules that require flexible work hours. For example, parents with young children are happier in jobs that allow them to schedule their work around their kids. For these reasons, I definitely think that employees should be able to choose what hours they work."
