A woman has recently posted pictures which show a man who sexually harassed her and another woman on the bulletin board of a portal site.

A woman has recently posted pictures which show a man who sexually harassed her and another woman on the bulletin board of a portal site.

The woman, who wanted to remain anonymous, took the pictures in a subway train on Line 5. In the pictures, the man sexually harassed them by jabbing his elbow into their breasts.

According to the woman, only identified as B, the sexual harassment took place between the Janghanpyeong and Haengdang stations around 7:10 p.m. on May 9. “At the Janghanpyeong station, a man sat on my right and there was something strange as the man’s elbow kept touching my breast.”

She said she was displeased with the harassment and tried to push his elbow with her elbow. However, the man resisted back, continuing to touch her with his elbow.

She said that “he continued to resist with his elbow. I bent my waist forward to avoid his harassment, seeing video footage I took.”

She said the man finally moved to the opposite side where another woman, dressed in a checkered shirt, was seated.

The man, pretending to sleep, repeatedly opened and closed his eyes, and pushed his elbow into the woman.

She took pictures of the man sexually harassing the woman with a camera installed on her mobile phone.

She said she approached the woman and asked her to move to her side. “The woman stood up and moved to a seat near me.”

As soon as the seat, which was vacated by the woman, was occupied by a man, the man moved to another carriage, she said.

The alleged sexual harassment triggered women’s outrage. A message posted on the site by a female Internet user, read: “There are a lot of men like this guy. It’s a thing women experience frequently. It was terrible. I experienced similar things on Line 5.”

지하철 안에서 여성을 성추행한 남성을 고발하는 사진이 인터넷에 또 올라왔다. 여성 네티즌 B씨는 5호선 전동차 안에서 팔꿈치로 자신을 성추행한 남성을 찍은 사진을 모자이크 처리한 뒤 10일 한 포털사이트 게시판에 게재했다. B씨는 지난 9일 오후 7시10분께 장한평역∼행당역 구간에서 일어났던 일이라면서 "장한평역에서 어떤 아저씨가 내 오른쪽에 앉았다. 그런데 이상하게 이 아저씨의 팔꿈치가 가슴 옆쪽에 닿았다"고 했다. 불쾌감을 느낀 B씨는 역시 팔꿈치를 이용해 남성의 팔꿈치를 밀어내려고 했다. 그런데 이 남성은 되레 팔꿈치에 힘을 주며 끝까지 성추행을 시도했다. B씨는 "아저씨는 절대 안 피하고 (팔꿈치에) 힘을 줬다. 난 (남성의 팔꿈치에) 닿기 싫어서 허리를 앞으로 숙이고 동영상을 보고 있었다"고 말했다. B씨는 결국 맞은 편으로 자리를 옮겼다. 빈 자리에 체크 무늬 셔츠를 입은 다른 여성이 앉았다. 그러자 남성은 다시 성추행을 시도했다. 그는 자는 척하다 실눈을 뜨고 주위를 살피면서 다시 눈을 감는 행동을 반복하며 여성 쪽으로 은근슬쩍 팔꿈치를 밀어넣었다. B씨는 휴대전화 카메라로 성추행 장면을 담은 사진을 촬영했다. 남성의 행동에 불쾌감을 느낀 모양인지 성추행을 당하는 여성의 표정이 안 좋아졌다. B씨는 그 여성에게 다가가 자기 쪽으로 자리를 옮기라고 권유했다. B씨는 "여자분이 (알겠다는듯) 진짜 벌떡 일어나서 내가 앉은 곳으로 자리를 옮겼다"고 했다. 성추행남은 빈 좌석에 남성이 앉자 다른 칸으로 자리를 옮겼다. 여성 네티즌들은 "저런 남자 정말 많다. 꽤 자주 겪는 일이다" "나도 몇 번 경험한 적 있다. 정말 미칠 노릇이다" "나도 5호선에서 비슷한 일 당했다" 등의 글을 올리며 분개하고 있다. 한편 지하철 안에서 "너는 XX빵 놓기 딱 좋다"면서 여대생을 성희롱한 노인의 사진이 최근 인터넷에 올라와 네티즌들을 분노하게 한 바 있다. 이 노인은 네티즌 사이에서 '성희롱 할아버지'로 불렸는데, 피해 여성에 의해 인터넷에 얼굴 사진이 공개됐고 결국 성추행을 저지른 지 3일 만에 경찰에 붙잡혔다.
