The Nordic embassies _ Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden _ are introducing some of their leading brands to Korean consumers.
"Nordic Lifestyle Week," organized by the four countries, features 50 brands at the Hyundai Department Store in Pangyo, Gyeonggi Province, until Oct. 31.
This is the second Nordic lifestyle design promotion.
The event aims to provide a "rich experience to shoppers with the fair and other various events," the Danish embassy said.
The department store's culture center featured a children's shadow puppet theater based on Danish fairy tale writer Hans Christian Andersen's "The Snow Queen." There also have been auctions and giveaways.
The brand list includes Royal Copenhagen, Bang & Olufsen, Baby Dan, Matzform and Montana. The selection includes three brands that entered the Korean market this year.
