모범 답안: I prefer to get paid by the hour for several reasons. First of all, I like to know that I'm getting paid for the amount of time that I'm working each day. For example, if I work 8 hours one day, but have to work 12 hours the next day, I'd like to get paid for the extra hours that I worked. Secondly, getting paid by the hour is better because jobs that pay by the hour typically let you know how many hours you'll be working each week. I like to know ahead of time what my schedule will be so that I can plan for other activities outside of work. For these reasons, I prefer getting paid by the hour instead of a monthly salary.
