모범답안: I agree that a good work ethic is more important than talent in an employee for several reasons. First of all, if someone is talented but lazy, then his or her talent will never be used. It is almost like that person's talent goes to waste if he or she isn't willing to share it through hard work. Secondly, I think a good work ethic is more admirable than talent. Talent is often something that a person is born with, however, work ethic is something that is developed. Employees that work hard are dependable and often inspire others to work hard. For these reasons, I think a good work ethic is more important than talent in an employee.
