Q) I have a T-money card, which I haven’t used for about a year. How can I refund it?

A) Less than 20,000 won can be immediately refunded at any Family Mart or GS 25 convenience store or the T-money headquarters in Seoul City Tower near the exit 10 of the Seoul Subway Station on line 4. But if it is more than 20,000 won, you should first call the T-money center at (02) 1644- 0088 and send your card to them after putting it in a refunding envelop, which you can get any Family Mart or GS 25 convenience store. Then they will send your money in the card to your bank account.
