Beijing ultra-slacker Xu Qing, 29, has refused to work since finishing college because he found employment "too boring." Now his parents have taken him to court to force him to get out.
According to the Daily Express, Qing spends his days sleeping and surfing the Internet at his parents' house, where his girlfriend, also jobless, has moved in.
His father had arranged for Qing to work at a friend's company, but Qing left after three months saying it was too dull.
His parents eventually gave him an ultimatum: get a job or move out. Qing refused and the parents said they had no other choice than to take him to court.
The Intermediate People's Court in Beijing ruled in favor of Qing's parents, saying they no longer had an obligation to support a lethargic man approaching his 30s, and that they could force him to move out.
There was a stalemate for the next two months as Qing and his girlfriend refused to budge, the newspaper said.
The parents have now applied for an eviction notice, so bailiffs can remove their son and his girlfriend from their property.
