Seoul City said Wednesday that it will invite designers and fashion stores to take part in the Seoul Fashion Week slated for March 28-April 2 at the Seoul Trade and Exhibition Center (SETEC) in southern Seoul.
The 22nd annual fashion week consists of the “Seoul Collection” for established designers, “Generation Next” for designers with career of running independent brands for about three years and “Fashion Takeoff” for both local and foreign news media and foreign buyers.
A spokesperson said that the city will select a total of 42 designers for the three events and 100 fashion companies for the Seoul Fashion Fair from applicants by Feb. 7.
