English YouTubers Josh (Joshua Daryl Carrott) and Ollie (Oliver John Kendal) are hosts of the popular YouTube channel "Korean Englishman," which mainly introduces Korean food to foreigners. The channel has become a huge hit in Korea and now has more than 3 million subscribers ― mostly Koreans, they say. The Korea Times had the chance to sit down with the two Englishmen and talk about how they fell in love with Korean food and what they see in food as a medium of cultural exchange.
