Renovations to Ebishura, a seafood buffet restaurant near Apgujeong Station in southern Seoul, were recently completed and it has been renamed "Ebishura Family Park.'' The redesigned eatery has broadened its menu choices and offers delicious fare tailored for health-conscious diners.
The buffet tables are in four categories ― "international food for longevity,'' "drinks that cleanse the body,'' "temple and herbal food'' and ''organic coffee made with beans from Papua New Guinea."
"Ebishura is the name of a fairy that is believed to live in the Baikal Lake in Siberia. As the name implies, our buffet aims to be a restaurant that heals the body and mind with clean, fresh, and healthy food," said Song Young-won, CEO of Ebishura and a former chef at Seoul's Sheraton Grande Walkerhill.
The renovated interior and the changes to menu combine to provide diners with healthy food served in a pleasant, relaxing environment.
