Overseas employees of Hana Financial Group gathered in Korea to eqiup themselves with the "customer-centered DNA" of Hana, the group announced Tuesday.
The group said that it held the Hana Culture Global Workshop at the Hana Global Campus in Cheongna, Incheon, from Monday to Tuesday.
Under the slogan "Growing together! Sharing happiness!" which is Hana's official mission, 29 employees from 19 countries gathered for the workshop aimed at enhancing their empathy and understanding of the group's management philosophy — prioritizing customers and on-site values.
The workshop comprised programs that helped employees develop global capabilities, including sessions on Hana's global status and strategy, corporate culture and employee values, ESG management, branding strategy, customer relations and business etiquette.
They shared success stories of Hana achieving win-win with customers worldwide and how to impress customers.
"The pursuit of 'customer value,' which prioritizes customers, is both a strength of Hana Financial Group and a key driving force behind our growth to this point," Vice Chairman Lee Eun-hyung said, asking the global employees to pursue sustainable growth and mutual happiness of customers, shareholders and society in their respective countries.
