NCT NEW TEAM, the latest unit addition to the NCT family, dropped its pre-debut album, "Hands Up," on Saturday, featuring two tracks that encapsulate the group's vibrant energy.

The album's title track, "Hands Up," is a dance anthem that combines synth rhythms and dynamic instrumentation. The song reflects NCT NEW TEAM's lively spirit, encouraging listeners to raise their hands high with the group and reach for their dreams.

Complementing this is the album's second track, "We Go!" which offers pop-infused melodies and guitar arrangements. The lyrics mirror the sentiments of embarking on a journey toward the group's dreams.

Following the release, NCT NEW TEAM is also set to embark on a pre-debut tour, "LASTART," spanning 24 performances across nine Japanese cities. Their journey begins with a highly-anticipated show at Line Cube Shibuya, Tokyo on Oct. 8 and 9.

Comprising six members ― Sion, Riku, Yushi, Daeyoung, Ryo and Sakuya ― NCT NEW TEAM is set for their official debut in 2024. The group originally formed as a septet, but former member Jungmin announced his withdrawal from the group due to health reasons earlier in October.
