Local network ENA's new reality show, "HyeMiLeeYeChaePa," will bring together K-pop stars and TV personalities in a unique high-energy way.

The reality show, set to go on air this Sunday, will star four K-pop singers, Hyeri of Girl's Day, Miyeon of (G)I-DLE, Yena of IZ*ONE, and Chaewon of Le Sserafim, along with two TV personalities, Patricia Yiombi, and choreographer Leejung.

The six celebrities are invited for a series of overnight stays at an empty, unfurnished house in a remote area. They must complete games and missions to earn cash so as to buy the necessities and furniture they will use during their stay.

The series is co-led by producer Lee Tae-kyung, whose previous work includes the talk show "Life Bar" and music variety show "Amazing Saturday," and producer Kim Jong-moo, who previously led the reality show "Wild Wild Quiz."

"This show is not much different (in terms of the format) than the other shows that have its cast members go on overnight trips together. But the biggest difference of this show is the characters of each six members," producer Kim said during a press conference for the show, held at Stanford Hotel Seoul, in Mapo District, Seoul, Thursday.

"They show off their charm and chemistry with each other as you have never seen anywhere before in the media."

The producer stated that the reality show is expected to be the next flagship program of the network.

"ENA has been trying to create distinctive content for viewers, and 'HyeMiLeeYeChaePa' fits that purpose. So we have high hopes. Like you come up with 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' when you think of an ENA drama, we hope 'HyeMiLeeYeChaePa' can be ENA's representative reality show," he said.

Hyeri, one of the first cast members to join, shared that she had no idea what the show was about when she agreed to become part of it.

"I actually joined the show in the spur of the moment. I'm close with producer Lee so I would ask what he's up to these days. And one day, he took me out to eat 'gopchang' (cow intestines) … And that got me to join the show," she said. "At first, I didn't know what we were doing or who I'd be working with. I just accepted it because it was Lee's show."

The singer-actress said she felt confident about the show after their first filming.

"This was the first time I met most of the members. And after shooting our first episode, I thought 'this is going to work.' (The members) will surprise you with their charm, so I hope you look forward to it," she said.

Chaewon gave a glimpse of the high-spirited, witty members, adding that she had such a good time working with them.

"I was so happy to work with such funny people," she said. "Everyone had E in their MBTI, except for me. I, too, have a pretty high energy level in my group, Le Sserafim. However, I've never met people like this so it was a bit exhausting at first. But as I got used to it, it became hilarious."
