Park Hyung-sik greets Japanese fans

Park Hyung-sik, 24, a member of boy band ZE:A who has gained popularity as an actor, has met his Japanese fans.

The Monday meeting was spurred on by the popularity of Park's most recent Korean drama, "High Society." There were two rounds of meetings where Park sang the drama's original song, "You Are My Love," and ZE:A's "Beautiful Girl."

The fan meeting will be aired on Japanese channel KNTV. Meanwhile, "High Society" will start showing on KNTV on Oct. 19.

박형식, 드라마 '상류사회' 인기에 일본서 단독 팬미팅

제국의아이들의 박형식(24)이 드라마 '상류사회'의 인기를 바탕으로 일본에서 단독 팬미팅 행사를 했다.

    박형식은 지난 12일 도쿄에서 배우로서 첫 단독 팬미팅을 열었다고 소속사 스타제국이 15일 밝혔다.

    2회에 걸쳐 진행된 팬미팅에서 박형식은 '상류사회' OST '유 아 마이 러브'와 제국의아이들의 '아리따운 걸' 등을 불렀고, 팬들과 각종 게임을 즐겼다고 소속사는 전했다.

    박형식은 현장에서 '첫 단독 팬미팅이다보니 긴장을 많이 했다'며 '이렇게 많은 분들이 저를 좋아해 주시고 저와 함께하는 시간을 행복하게 생각해주셔서 진심으로 감사하다. 더욱 열심히 하겠다'고 말했다.

    박형식의 이번 팬미팅은 오는 12월 일본 KNTV에서 80분간 특집으로 방송될 예정이다.
