K-pop boy band NCT will release the song "RESONANCE," the final of its second full-length album project "NCT 2020: RESONANCE."

The group's agency SM Entertainment announced Monday that the group would release its latest song at 6 p.m. on Dec. 4 through multiple streaming sites.

This will be the final track of the group's recent two-part project ― "Pt.1" album released on Oct. 12 and "Pt.2" on Nov. 23.

This was the first studio album by the entire 23 members ― from the sub-groups NCT 127, NCT Dream and WayV plus individuals Shotaro, and Sungchan ― in two years, following "NCT 2018 Empathy."

"RESONANCE" is a remix compilation song of the album's four tracks ― "Make A Wish (Birthday Song)," "90's Love," "Work It" and "Raise The Roof."

"The song intends to express the group's strong will to become a global group," the agency said.

The part one album sold more than 1.2 million copies during the first week of its release. With the success of the project, the group won "Album of the Year" at the Asia Artist Awards on Saturday.

NCT, created by SM's head and founder Lee Soo-man, debuted in 2016 to expand with sub-unit groups under the NCT umbrella in major cities around the world.
