K-pop girl band Apink will release a new track “Everybody Ready?” on Friday to celebrate the eighth anniversary of its debut.

The group's agency Play M Entertainment took to the official fan site and social media Tuesday to disclose an album photo.

Jung Eun-ji, the main vocalist, contributed with the lyrics, according to the agency.

“It will be a joyful song,” a company spokesperson said. “Jung embodied her excitement and nerves on the track.”

“Everybody Ready?” is the group's eighth song dedicated to fans. The group has released a “fan song” each year since its debut in 2011. “Good Morning Baby” and “Always” are some examples.

Apink will also hold a retro-style fan meeting on April 20 at the Daeyang Hall of Sejong University, Seoul, to celebrate with fans.

The six-member group was propelled to stardom thanks to several hits including “NoNoNo” and “Mr. Chu.”
