WASHINGTON — Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh said Wednesday that the U.S. central bank's main focus now is on inflation, in remarks shortly after its first rate hike since 2023.
"Our predominant focus is on the price stability side of our mandate. The plain fact is that inflation is too high, and has been for too long," he told a press conference.
