Missile obliterates Russian tank

Sensational video footage showing a U.S-made BGM-71 TOW anti-tank missile destroying a Russian T-72 tank in Syria has been uploaded to YouTube.

The attack is presumed to have happened in Aleppo, but the date is not revealed.

At the start of the footage, the tank is in the middle of the road as a militant launches the missile.

After a few seconds, the missile hits the tank and it explodes in a ball of flame.

The tank is nowhere to be seen as the smoke clears.
