The fight happened in Monterrey, Mexico, and was posted this week.
The mother is shown urging her daughter to fight another girl.
At one point, a bystander tries to break up the fight but the mother pushes him away.
The violence is said to have lasted about three minutes.
When the fight breaks up, the mother scolds her daughter to go back and finish it.
