Korean man 'tried to film under woman's skirt'

A Korean man who allegedly tried to film up a woman’s skirt has been arrested in Taiwan, reports said Monday.

The local reports said the man, identified only as Kim, 34, tried to film up the skirt of a woman, 32, in New Taipei City at around noon on Sunday.

Photos released by local Taiwanese media report show a Korean man identified as Kim, 34, top, who was caught filming up a woman's skirt using his camera, bottom.

When the woman’s friend shouted to others what was happening, nearby police rushed to the scene and arrested the man.

Kim threw a memory card into a sewer when he was caught but people retrieved the card and brought it to police, the reports said.

Kim arrived in the city several days ago with his family, the reports added.
