Boy with the world's biggest hands

Mohammad Kaleem, 8, who lives in a small village in Jharkhand State, India, suffers from a rare condition ― giantism, which has made his hands grow huge.

Because of the condition, superstitious neighbors believe the boy is a "devil's child."

After his story went viral, he has finally gotten medical help. He has had surgery to reduce the size of his right hand, and will also have surgery on his left hand.

Now his family is optimistic that he will have a chance to live a normal life and go to school.
