Carcass of “river monster” found

The body of a mystery creature has washed up on the banks of Hollingworth Lake in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, in the U.K. A walker who came across the 1.5-meter fish said it had a mouth full of razor-sharp teeth and stank.

He said its mouth was big enough to accommodate a human fist.

After the initial discovery, debate is continuing over whether this mysterious creature is a monster from the deep or just an enormous dead pike.
