Man with 4.3kg penis cannot have sex

A German man who enlarged his penis with a silicone injection is struggling to lead a normal sex life.

Micha Stunz’s penis is 23 centimeters long and weighs 4.3 kilograms. But he cannot get an erection because of the silicone.

“After you reach a certain size, you can’t do certain things anymore,” said Stuntz, 45.

He said he had the silicone implant mainly out of curiosity.

“I was too curious not to try it out,” he said. “I tried it secretly for myself.”

He said there had been many changes in his life since he enlarged his penis.

Firstly, he has to use a satchel bag to hide the bulge.

“I am actually a pretty shy person,” he said.

“If some woman gets breast enlargements, nobody says anything about it. If a man does something very similar to his body, it’s worth making a documentary about it because it’s so extraordinary.”

He said he hoped this perception would change, hopefully soon.

“The difference really isn’t that big,” he said.
