Establishing emotional bonds before or after sex is important for couples to have lasting relationships.
A study of 152 couples revealed both genders said they engaged in activities like pillow talk after experiencing orgasm to bond more, an online news outlet said Tuesday.
The report also revealed that men who ejaculate 21 times or more a month had a lower risk of prostate cancer. Having sex strengthened the immune system, lessened the intensity of migraine headaches and lowered blood pressure, it said.
The report warned couples about alcohol because it is a depressant and dulls senses, marring sexual function. Occasional smoking also led to smaller genitals, it said.
