'123456' is the top password to avoid

If you’re one of the people still using “123456” as your online password, you’re probably going to want to change it.
Recent data shows _ not so shockingly _ that “123456” is the most susceptible password to hacking.
The finding was released by Splashy Data, a password management solution company based in Los Gatos, California, in its list “The 25 Worst Passwords of 2014.”
This list was based on files containing over 3.3. million passwords leaked on the Internet in 2014.
“Password” was the second most susceptible password for the second straight year.
Passwords consisting of consecutive numerals or letters on the keyboard followed. The password “12345” came third, “12345678” fourth, “qwerty” fifth, “123456789” sixth and “1234” seventh.
Repetitive numerals were also a popular type of password. “111111” came in 15th, “696969” 22nd and “123123” 23rd.
Other passwords included “baseball” (eighth), “dragon” (ninth), “football” (10th), “monkey” (12th)and “letmein” (13th).
