Woman licks reporter on live TV for epic photo-bomb

A reporter in Portland, Ore., got a surprise while covering a marijuana ballot initiative last week, when a woman snuck up and licked his neck from behind.

The reporter from KOIN 6 News was reporting from the headquarters of “Yes on 91,” which was pushing for the legalization of marijuana.

The woman took the opportunity to deliver an epic photo-bomb, smiling at the camera before licking the reporter Tim Becker, who could only say, “Excuse me,” with a smile before continuing on.

Becker went on to explain that the measure passed by a wide margin.
