Payment with a hand's swipe trialed in Sweden

By Jeong Ji-su
Swedish developers introduced a contactless payment method that allows shoppers to pay with the swipe of their hands on a palm reader, reported the Daily Mail on Wednesday.
So far 1,600 Swedes have signed up to make use of the convenient method.
The developers explained that there would be no chances of confusion or fraud since everyone has different vein patterns.
Users need to get their palm scanned and provide their social security and telephone numbers in order to activate their accounts.
The developers are now running trials of the new technology and plan to provide it worldwide after patenting it.
