In Sherwood, Oregon, there happens to be a gigantic property with a total land space of 79,600 square meters called “Railway Resort.”

Among the many unique extravagances in the mansion is a railway track that runs around the compound which has operable trains that can carry real people, albeit a little tightly.

It is a really neat design, the posting said, adding that people who are interested can dish out $3.5 million for the whole property, train tracks and all.

“It would be sensational if the owners came up with tourist programs in which they can stay and take rides on the trains,” one netizen suggested.

“If I had a running train track in my front yard, I would never leave the house,” another quipped.
