As Riverside Co. celebrated its silver anniversary last week, it announced it has captured several honors from industry publications and experts. The awards follow a remarkable year that saw the completion of 50 transactions.
Announced in the past several months, these awards are a tribute to Riverside’s strong performance.
Mergers & Acquisitions named Riverside the Private Equity Firm of the Year and readers of Private Equity International recognized the firm as the “Mid Market Firm of the Year in North America.”
Riverside Co-CEOs Stewart Kohl and Béla Szigethy said, “All private equity firms face challenges in delivering returns in a slow growth, competitive environment. Riverside is becoming increasingly adept at using its global scale and resulting resources to stay ahead of the curve,” said Kohl.
