A Chinese girl assumed to be five to six years old was hit by a car twice on a street and knocked unconscious while bleeding a lot from her injuries, but pedestrians ignored the scene, and didn’t help her.

In a CCTV, reported by HITVS, a Chinese local media, a young girl seemed to be looking for her mother while looking around on the street. A white car driving at 20 km/h hits the child and although the car hesitates for a while, it just goes forward, hitting the girl again with its back wheel. The car in question then disappears.

What’s the more serious is that many witnesses ignore the bleeding girl. Almost 20 people walked past her after the accident happened. Another truck even hit the girl one more time.

One woman finally moves the girl to the sidewalk. After seven minutes later, her mother runs to the girl, hugs her and disappears with her.

The girl has been sent to the intensive care unit in a hospital and is on life support.

“The passersby are very immoral,” “It is doubtful that they are humans,” “The men who hit and ran must be caught,” “I’m lost for words by the passersby’s behavior” are several of the comments from Chinese netizens.

Korean netizens have also expressed anger about the news. “Inhuman atmosphere is rampant in China,” “Is the China qualified for being recognized as Confucian country?” are a few comments from them.
