Gwyneth Paltrow stunned by sex offer

Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that she was asked for sex in return for a role in a film when she began her acting career, according to November issue of Elle magazine.

The Oscar-winning star said she was left stunned when an unnamed guy suggested they should conclude their meeting in ‘the bedroom’ ― an offer she refused.

‘When I was just starting out, someone suggested that we finish a meeting in the bedroom. I was pretty shocked,’ femalefirst.co.uk quoted her as saying.

The 38-year-old is also dejected by the lack of variety in the roles she is offered.

“There are a lot of roles that are OK, but there’s little that’s really good, especially for someone my age. Sometimes you find out that something you really liked is going to someone 10 years younger. I find it heartening that Meryl Streep and Sandra Bullock have been able to find and create amazing projects.”

“응낙을 한 배역은 많이 있습니다. 그러나 정말 좋은 것은 거의 없습니다, 특히 내 나이에 적합한 것은 더욱 없읍니다. 어쩌다 정말 좋아하는 배역은 10년 아래의 배우들에게 가는 것을 알게 됐어요. 메릴 스트립과 산드라 불록이 놀라운 프로젝트를 찾아내고 만들어낼 수 있다는 것을 알고 힘이 났습니다.”

팰트로는 “아이언 맨”과 “셰익스피어 인 러브”로 국내 팬들에게 잘 알려진 헐리우드 스타이다.
