Also, Hilton posted pictures with her new "toy boy," Iacono at the MMA after party on her twitter that night. Iacono is a young new star who became famous as a well-endowed teen in David Katzenberg's new TV project "The Hard Times of RJ Berger." Katzenberg is Paris' sister, Nicky Hilton's longtime boyfriend.

"We thought it was a publicity stunt at first, but Paris was really making out with this guy," a party guest said. Paris' posts on her Twitter, "My new toy boy is hot," has fueled the speculation about Paris' new young man.
