Four days into the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, South Korea is still looking for its first judo gold medal.
Both of the South Korean judokas in action Tuesday failed to reach the finals. In the women's -63kg, Bak Ji-yun lost her first round match to Alice Schlesinger of Britain by an ippon.
Lee Seung-su won his first match in the men's -81kg, but lost to Ivaylo Ivanov of Bulgaria in the next round by waza-ari (half a point).
South Korea has won two silver medals in judo so far. There are three days left in the sport here. (Yonhap)
