The Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) will take a break for 16 days, as top players have joined the national team for the upcoming Incheon Asian Games.
The Asiad will take place from Sept. 19 through Oct. 4, but the break, which began from Monday, will continue through Sept. 30.
The nine clubs resume their regular season from Oct.1.
The baseball games for the Asiad will take place from Sept. 21 to 28 with the national team’s official training set to begin Monday at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul.
