Jeongbuk Motors striker Lee Dong-gook has been added to the K-League All-Star roster for the Jomo Cup, the annual international match between K-League and J-League All-Stars scheduled for Aug. 8 in Incheon.

K-League manager Cha Bum-kun announced five newly-selected players ― Dejan Damjanovic of FC Seoul, Kim Young-hoo of Kangwon FC, Lee Ho of Seongnam Chunma, Kim Chang-soo of Busan I'Park, and Lee.

In order to make room for the All-Stars, five players on the previous roster, announced three weeks ago, were left off the new lineup ― Lee Chung-yong, who has a verbal agreement with the Bolton Wanderers, Hwang Jae-won and Denilson Martins Nascimento of the Pohang Steelers, Jeong Shung-hoon of Busan and Kim Meung-jung of Gwangju Samgmu.

Lee Dong-gook, whose snub by the national team was a hot topic of discussion, leads the league in goals with 14. Damjanovic, the second-leading scorer, scored twice in a friendly against Manchester United last week.

The All-Stars will gather on Aug. 5.
