Former basketball star Lee Chung-hee will once again lead Korea University's basketball team.
The school announced Monday that Lee would replace current head coach Lim Jung-myung, who had been feuding with players' parents over claimed heavy-handed team rules.
The 49-year-old played for Hyundai Electronics in an amateur league until 1992. He went on to coach a Taiwanese team as well as the LG Sakers and Daegu Orions in the Korean Basketball League (KBL).
Lee was previously the head coach at Korea University, his alma mater, in 2003, but stepped down after nine months due to poor results.
